Assalamu-alaikum awr Khush Aamdeed, hello and welcome to Urdu Resources.

 

The purpose of this website is to provide a platform for Teachers of Urdu to share resources and good practice.  You will find teaching materials directly linked to the topics issued by leading examination boards (namely AQA and EdExcel).  Every effort has been made to ensure the resources we offer meet the standards set out by the National Curriculum Programme of Study for Modern Foreign Languages (England).

 

Please browse through the resources currently available and feel free to leave your feedback.  You will notice that there is a limit on what can be viewed.  If you wish to gain full access to all our resources, please complete the subscription form and you will be issued with a username and password.  In the meantime, if you would like some practical ideas on delivering Urdu interactively, please click the link below to watch a video featuring one of my Urdu lessons from my previous school.  Please be aware that at the time of filming, I only had a limited amount of interactive resources so you will notice the difference here, once the website is fully functioning.
